Fall Ball Registration is Open!!!
Thank you for your patience as we have been working to plan fall ball opportunities for players this upcoming fall. Registration is open now and will be open through August 10th. Please note that grade levels for fall teams will reflect the grade students are entering in the 2024-2025 school year.
For all levels games will be played on Sundays. Games will begin August 24th and continue through mid October. We will work to keep as many games in afternoons as possible, but for levels with umpires we will likely need to have games throughout the day.
We are in need of Umpires for all levels. If you or someone you know is interested in helping out as an umpire this fall please contact our umpire coordinator, Jamie Johnson, umpires@newbergbaseball.com.
T-Ball and Rookie
When we added fall baseball for t-ball and rookie players three years ago we anticipated lower numbers for these levels and combined T-Ball and Rookie to ensure we can have enough teams to run a baseball experience. We have heard feedback from families that they would prefer separate levels for fall as we have in spring and we will be moving forward with a model with separate levels this fall as long as we get enough player interest. This may mean that teams play each other more often, but levels will allow players to be appropriately challenged and engaged with other players of their same age group. T-Ball will be for pre K and Kindergarten students, Rookie baseball will be for players in first and second grades in the upcoming school year. If we do not have enough players to form at least two teams at each level we will combine T-Ball and Rookie levels.
Minors
Minors will continue to run a fall league in Newberg with games at Dundee. We may be hosting other teams from surrounding areas at the Minors level in addition to our minors players which will be a great experience for our minors players. Minors fall ball is for players in grades 3 and 4 for the upcoming school year.
Juniors and Seniors
Last year we ran both Juniors and Seniors Fall Baseball in Newberg and had a great developmental season for all players involved. This year we will run these leagues in Newberg again with Juniors games played at Jaquith fields, and Seniors games played at Renne.
Juniors fall baseball is for players in grades 5 and 6 for the upcoming school year, Seniors fall ball will be for players in grades 7 and 8.

We have had a couple wonderful fundraising opportunities recently and want to thank all our players, parents, and community members.

Why Play Newberg Baseball?
Newberg Baseball is community baseball for kids of all ages! Play against your friends at our local parks (K-4th Grade), and against local teams (5th-8th Grade) in the Westside Youth Baseball League.
Because of our many sponsors, the cost to play Newberg baseball is affordable. We also provide scholarships. Check out the registration page!
For grades PK-4th the season is short - lasting from the end of March until the first week of June. For grades 5th-8th the season can extend into mid-July
We emphasize skill development and having fun. Our goal is that your child will get better at baseball but also develop a lifelong love and enjoyment for the beautiful sport of baseball.
